To get a quote for an order, international order, or a custom package, please feel free to send us an email. We can ship internationally, however we only accept payment for international orders via bank wire transfer (fee applies).
SHIPPING NOTICE
We’ve put a lot of focus on making sure the items get delivered to our customers as quickly as possible. So lately we’ve upgraded our shipping system to provide better service: we managed to shorten the shipping time, especially for Filipino customers!
- For PH customers, the shipping time has been shortened to 6-8 business days for Standard Shipping, and 3-7 for Express Shipping depending on which part of the country.
- For International customers, the shipping time has been shortened to 8-15 business days for Standard Shipping, and 7-10 for Express Shipping.
* Please note:
- Preparation for delivery (quality checks, packing, paperwork, etc.) usually takes 3-7 business days and is NOT included in the overall “shipping time”.
- All packages have specific tracking information.
- You will receive an e-mail notifying you once your order has shipped. The email will include a unique parcel tracking number. The status of your order can be reviewed by logging into “My Account“. Click on ” My Order ” to review your order status and/or obtain a tracking number.
